The CCEE Secretariat is based in St. Gallen (Switzerland) and serves the Plenary Assembly, the Presidency and the Presidents of the CCEE Commissions.
The Secretariat is composed of a General Secretary, appointed by the Plenary Assembly for a renewable five-year term; a Deputy General Secretary appointed by the Presidency, a Media officer and some collaborators.
The Secretariat works according to the directives of the Presidency and supports the CCEE Commissions in organising their activities.

Mgr Duarte Nuno Queiroz de Barros da Cunha was ordained priest for the Patriarchate of Lisbon in 1993.

Fr Martin Michalíček (born on 18 August 1974) was ordained priest for the Diocese of Nitra (Slovak Republic) in 1999.

Thierry Bonaventura lived and completed his media and secondary education between France and Italy.
Barbara Kupiec, after final examinations at secondary school in Cracow, studied Philosophy at The Pontifical University of John Paul II in Cracow, during which she did one year (2009/2010) at Università degli Studi di Trento in Italy.
Nora Salaorni, following secondary school studies in St Gallen, did an apprenticeship as a "Selbstandige Träuhanderin" at the fiduciary Office of Revidas A.G in St Gallen.
Michele Guerra (Foggia, 18 August 1971), graduated in Business Administration at Università Commerciale L. Bocconi in Milan.
